A proper cold plunge at home, for a week or a month. We drop it off and take it away again when you're done, and can fill it and set it up for you.
Delivery and pickup included. Want us to set it up and pack it down? Add it for a one-off $100 when you book. Longer than a month? Get in touch and we'll sort a deal.

What's included
- The ice bath tub
- Reusable ice cubes

How to use it
- Around 10 to 15°C, for 2 to 3 minutes
- New to it? Start with 2 minutes or less
- Breathe slowly and get out whenever you want
- Rewarm afterwards: dry off, warm clothes, a warm drink
Where it goes
- Level ground with drainage, like a deck, patio or garage
- Strong enough for the weight of a full ice bath
- A clear path in and out, away from kids' play areas
Safety
- Never use it alone; have someone else there
- Under 18s need a guardian watching
- No alcohol before or during
- Check with your doctor first if you have a heart condition, circulation issues, are pregnant or have any other health concern
